Airtel Users Start Getting Free YouTube Premium Subscription for 3 Months

Airtel is running a promotional offer under which customers can get free access to YouTube Premium for three months. The new offer is live via the Airtel Thanks app and is being rolled out to select Airtel customers. In addition, Teleca is offering free access to the YouTube Premium service for users who are not currently using YouTube Music Premium, YouTube Premium, YouTube Red, or Google Play Music. YouTube Premium comes with a monthly charge of Rs. 500. 129 and includes access to YouTube music as well as features including ad-free, offline, and background playback.

The YouTube Premium offer is live for Airtel customers in India till April 22, 2021. It was quietly launched a few days ago, although the trial has now begun on a large scale.

According to details available on the Airtel site, the trial promotion is only available to new YouTube premium users. This means that if you already have a YouTube Premium subscription, you won’t get the new benefit. Telco also stated that the offer will not be available to existing YouTube Music Premium, YouTube Red, and Google Play Music users.

Airtel said, “If you have previously tried or subscribed to YouTube Music Premium or Google Play Music, or if you are currently a subscriber to YouTube Music Premium or Google Play Music, this offer is only YouTube Premium. Will enable a trial service of non-music features, detailing the terms and conditions of the trial promotion.
